We're a fast-scaling team of 500+ and we're hiring a Head of People to own and elevate our entire HR function.
The Role
You'll own People strategy end-to-end — building the systems, culture and leadership that let a fast-growing company scale without breaking. This is a senior, high-ownership role reporting directly to the founders.
What you'll own
- HR strategy and org design across a 500+ person, multi-city organisation
- Talent acquisition: build a predictable hiring engine across sales, ops, tech and compliance
- Performance management, KRAs/OKRs and a real review cadence
- Compensation, payroll oversight and HR compliance (PF/ESI/labour law)
- Culture, engagement, retention and internal communication
- Onboarding and L&D that ramp people fast
- Building and mentoring the HR team
- HR analytics: attrition, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, engagement, reported to leadership
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in HR with 3+ years leading the function (Head of People / HR Manager / HRBP lead)
- Proven experience scaling HR in a high-growth startup or services business
- Strong on both HR operations (payroll, compliance, systems) and strategic people work
- Data-driven; comfortable owning metrics and reporting to founders
- Excellent communicator and hands-on operator — a build role, not a caretaker role
