Job Description

Role Purpose

To build, standardize, and manage compliant workforce systems across manufacturing units, business clusters, and retail operations. The role is responsible for ensuring statutory labor law compliance, strengthening HR processes, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational capability development across all levels of the business.


Key Responsibilitie

  • eOversee and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment standards across manufacturing plants, warehouses, clusters, and retail outlets
  • .Manage compliance related to PF, ESI, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
  • .Coordinate audits, inspections, documentation, and liaison with government authorities and external compliance agencies
  • .Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records
