About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on HR professional for a real estate client in Pune. This is a site-intensive role requiring strong employee engagement, recruitment ownership, and payroll coordination. The HR will work closely with sales and site teams and play a key role in people operations.

Location: Pune (Onsite | Site-Based Role)

Salary: 55,000 60,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time | 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, and site-based teams
- Coordination with hiring managers and leadership
- Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
Payroll & HR Operations
- Payroll coordination and processing accuracy
- Attendance, leave, and employee record management
- Support statutory compliance and HR documentation
Employee Engagement & Site HR
- Regular visits to 4 project sites per week
- Act as the primary HR contact for site employees
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and resolve grievances
- Strengthen communication between site teams and management
Reporting & Work Structure
- Reports to Director
- Head Office visits: 12 times per month
- Working Days: 6 days
Candidate Profile
- 56 years of hands-on HR experience
- Strong exposure to recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement
- Comfortable with frequent site visits and field-based HR work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in real estate/construction / site-based industries is a plus
