This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR operations of the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, facilitating employee training, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also includes ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and supporting organizational goals through strategic HR planning.

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
• Proficiency in Performance Management, Training, and Development
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Employment Laws, and Compliance
• Skills in Payroll Processing, Benefits Administration, and HRIS systems
• Ability to foster Employee Engagement and manage Employee Relations effectively
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
