This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Jaipur, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, as well as developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include resolving employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement initiatives, and managing training and professional development programs.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR fundamentals including Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Experience in Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Conflict Resolution
• Proficiency in Performance Management Systems and Policy Development
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law Compliance and HR Regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining a collaborative work environment
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain industries is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
