HR Manager Job Description

Salary Range: 20,000 30,000 per month

Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR-related functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The role requires a responsible, proactive, and disciplined individual who can maintain smooth operations and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments.
  • Conduct interviews, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and orientation.
2. Attendance, Leave & Discipline Management
  • Maintain attendance records and enforce company leave policies.
  • Ensure employees follow office timings and discipline guidelines.
  • Address late-coming, absenteeism, and behavioural issues professionally.
3. Performance & Employee Management
  • Monitor employee performance and share reports with management.
  • Conduct monthly meetings to evaluate target achievements.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and resolutions.
4. HR Operations & Documentation
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and contract agreements.
  • Generate reports on recruitment, performance, and employee retention.
  • Implement and update HR policies as per management direction.
5. Office Culture & Compliance
  • Ensure a productive, positive, and professional work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions, motivational activities, and team-building tasks.
  • Ensure HR compliance, company rules, and ethical standards are followed.

Experience
  • 13 years of HR experience preferred (films/production/media industry is a plus).
Working Conditions
  • Full-time office-based role
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain discipline among staff
