Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Lead training, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work culture that reflects The Ummed's core values of warmth, excellence, and service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in thehospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliances, and modern HR tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A proactive, empathetic, and organized professional passionate about people and culture.
