Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for aHuman Resources Managerbased inAhmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to create a productive and inclusive workplace, fostering a positive organizational culture that reflects Vedic Fashion's values of growth, collaboration, and creativity.

• Proven ability todevelop and implement HR Policieswhile ensuringstatutory compliancewith labor laws.

• Proficiency in HR software tools and systems (experience with Pocket HRMS preferred).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree inHuman Resources,Business Administration, or a related field.

• Salary Range:30,000 40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
