Our team is growing fast, and we need someone who can bring order, discipline, and structure without slowing us down.
This is a hands-on HR role with real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Own- End-to-end hiring across product, engineering, sales, and ops.
- Build a simple, predictable HR ops layer: onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and documentation.
- Set expectations, help establish discipline, and keep teams aligned without creating bureaucracy.
- Run performance reviews, basic OKR cycles, and compensation updates.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day people issues and solve them quickly.
- Keep the founders updated with clear, actionable reporting on hiring, headcount, leaves, and team status.
What We're Looking For- 3-5 years in HR roles where you handled both hiring and operations.
- Experience in fast-paced teams; comfort with building processes from scratch.
- Strong communication - clear, direct, and structured.
- Someone who takes ownership, holds standards, and is not afraid to enforce them.
- Can work closely with founders and stay organised even when things move quickly.
