The Mission:
You will not just be an Admin. You will be a Strategic Partner to the Founder & CTO.
- The Founder leads the Vision, Tech, and Clients.
- You lead the People, Processes, and Culture.
Your goal is to bring professionalism, structure, and accountability to our talented team.
What You Will Do:
1. Build the Professional Standard
- Create and enforce clear policies (Attendance, Code of Conduct, Deliverables, Communication).
- Ensure that standards are met by everyone, no exceptions.
2. Hire the Dream Team
- Move beyond standard hiring. Identify candidates with ambition, hunger, and curiosity.
- Filter out average mindset; hire potential leaders who want to grow.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on quality over quantity.
3. Grow & Retain Talent
- Implement structured Performance Reviews (KPIs & KRAs).
- Mentor our young, dynamic workforce to help them mature professionally.
- Create a feedback culture (1-on-1s) to catch issues before they become resignations.
Who We Are Looking For:
- The Experience: 4+ years in HR, ideally with a mix of Corporate (Process) and Agency (Agility) backgrounds.
- The Personality: You are Tough but Fair. You can hold people accountable while being approachable.
- The Builder: You love creating systems from scratch (Employee Handbooks, Review Cycles, etc.).
- The Mentor: You know how to handle talent, balancing freedom with discipline.
