Role OverviewWe are looking for an HR Manager who can own bothtalentandpeople operationsend to end. This is not a support role. You will work closely with founders to build the team, culture, and operating backbone of OneCase as we scale.
You will be responsible for hiring the right people, setting up clean HR systems, and ensuring the day-to-day admin and compliance runs smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent & Hiring
- Own end-to-end hiring for tech, product, sales, and operations roles
- Work with founders and managers to understand role requirements and define clear JDs
- Source candidates through networks, platforms, and referrals
- Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer closures
- Build and maintain a strong candidate experience
HR Operations & Admin
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws)
- Draft and manage offer letters, contracts, HR policies, and documentation
- Handle office admin, vendors, and basic facilities management
Culture & People Systems
- Help build a performance-driven, trust-first culture
- Set up clear processes for reviews, feedback, and goal tracking
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and day-to-day HR queries
- Work with leadership to evolve policies as the company grows
What We're Looking For- 36 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
- Experience hiring for startups or high-growth teams
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and admin in India
- Clear communication, good judgment, and high ownership mindset
- Comfortable working directly with founders in an unstructured environment
Nice to Have- Experience hiring for tech and product roles
- Prior experience in fintech or startup environments
- Ability to set up HR systems from scratch
