Job Description HR Managar

Location: Baner, Pune

Budget: 0810 LPA

Working Days: Mon-Sat (6 days)

Experience: Must have experience in Industrial Construction sector

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement within the Industrial Construction industry. The role requires a hands-on individual who can manage end-to-end HR operations while driving monthly PMS, team-building initiatives, and employee awards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all plant/industrial positions.

Handle blue-collar, staff-level, and mid-level hiring requirements.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.

Drive sourcing through job portals, consultants, networks, and referrals.

Maintain hiring TAT and manpower budget compliance.

2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees.

Ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, shift allowances, and leave records.

Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.

Ensure statutory compliancePF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, etc.

Maintain records for audits.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)

Conduct and monitor monthly PMS cycles.

Follow up with HODs for KRA updates and review meetings.

Maintain PMS dashboards and circulate reports.

Support in performance reviews and increments.

4. Employee Engagement & Awards

Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities.

Run the R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programmonthly awards, appreciation events.

Drive initiatives to improve morale and build a positive workplace culture.

5. Team Building & Culture Development

Support team-building workshops and initiatives for plant teams.

Promote collaboration and strong communication across departments.

6. Attrition & HR Analytics

Track and analyze attrition data monthly.

Conduct exit interviews and suggest retention practices.

Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for management.

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in industrial Construction

Hands-on Talent Acquisition skills.

Good knowledge of Payroll, time office, and statutory compliance.

Experience handling PMS and employee engagement activities.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

Analytical mindset with MS Excel proficiency.
