Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Pune. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, administering benefits and compensation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role will involve recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Additionally, the HR Manager will develop strategies to improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
