- Should have worked in the areas of Employee Engagement, Process Management, Performance Management, Organization & Talent Development and Culture.
- Looking for resources to drive change in leadership & organizational development Plan, develop and implement HR related strategies.
- Develop individual /group /cross-functional/cross team employee engagement initiatives and drive them towards active employee participation.
- Should interact regularly with the employees and motivate them whenever necessary, should act as a company's positive advocate.
- Able to follow up with employees about the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Must have excellent command Over Written and verbal Communication Skills.
