Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the HR function, including the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires close collaboration with leadership to enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent retention.

Qualifications: 12- 16 years of experience

• Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies
• Experience in Training, Employee Development, and Leadership Development
• Understanding and application of Labor Laws and compliance practices
• Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the architecture or design industry is an advantage
