JOB DESCRIPTION:

HR Manager


Function: Talent Acquisition & People Operation

sDirect reports: Director Investments

Indirect reports: CI

OLocation: Mumbai (On Site

)
Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Own end-to-end recruitment across the organization, including Sales, Distribution, Investor Relations, Investment, Research, Operations, Finance and Compliance function
  • s.Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, recruitment agencies and referral
  • s.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirement
  • s.Screen, evaluate and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements and organizational cultur
  • e.Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, reference checks, compensation discussions and offer roll out
  • s.Ensure fast turnaround time and closure of hiring mandates while maintaining quality standard
  • s.Drive on boarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new employee
  • s.Maintain employee records, HR documentation and hiring tracker
  • s.Support performance management, employee engagement and organizational culture initiative
  • s.Work closely with business leaders on manpower planning, organizational structuring and workforce requirement
  • s.Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, employee engagement, performance discussions and exit managemen

Qualifica

  • tion:Postgraduate or an equivalent Master's degree with 3+ years of exper
  • iencePrior experience hiring for Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Fund Distribution, Private Banking, or Financial Services organizat
  • ions.Hands-on multi-tasker, self-directed, capable of working independently and as part of the
  • team.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of distributor engagement and manage
