Job Summary:
The HR Manager will act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, managing the full
spectrum of HR functions — from talent acquisition to employee offboarding. The role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance, and a positive employee experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Talent Acquisition and workforce planning to meet business needs.
Oversee HR Operations, employee data, and statutory Compliance.
Coordinate Payroll and benefits administration with accuracy.
Drive Learning & Development and performance improvement initiatives.
Manage the Performance Management and Appraisal process.
Foster a culture of engagement through Employee Engagement programs.
Handle Employee Relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly.
Ensure smooth Offboarding and exit processes with actionable insights.
Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction.
Skill Focused: Prior startup experience with exposure to scaling teams, setting up HR frameworks, and driving culture in a fast-growing organization.
Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
7–12 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
