What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments
- Set up hiring systems, onboarding flows, and employee documentation
- Manage contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and performance tracking
- Foster a strong work culture through team-building and engagement initiatives
- Ensure legal and procedural compliance for local and remote staff
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of HR/People Ops experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and people skills
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes, HR tools, and legal basics
- Ability to multitask and handle dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in startups or digital businesses is a bonus
