Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and result-driven HR Manager who can independently manage the complete HR lifecyclefrom hiring to exit. The candidate should be process-oriented, people-focused, and capable of handling teams in a fast-growing IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Exit)
- Handle employee lifecycle management: joining, engagement, retention, and exit.
- Implement and manage HR policies, SOPs, and compliance
- Oversee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Drive performance management systems (PMS) and appraisal cycles
- Maintain accurate HR data using HRMS
- Act as a people partner for management and teams
- Build and manage the HR team independently
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR processes & labor laws
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle teams independently
- Experience in IT company environment
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
- Experience in startup or growing IT company
