Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Delhi, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will primarily handle end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment, along with leading efforts in performance management, implementing HR policies, resolving conflicts, conducting staff training sessions, and addressing employee concerns. The role also includes coordinating benefits programs, maintaining HR records, and supporting overall organizational well-being through strong communication and teamwork initiatives.

Working Days & Timings

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary

Offering upto 6LPA

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment (primary requirement)
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Onboarding
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
  • Experience in Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR software, data analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to create and deliver staff training programs
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to organizational needs
