This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, policy development, and performance management. The role also includes designing employee engagement activities, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience in employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Proficiency in developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Skills in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the education industry would be a valuable asset.
