Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager to join our Gurugram office. In this role, you will lead and execute HR strategies, manage the full employee lifecycle, and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, compliance with labor laws, performance management, and implementing HR policies. You will also handle conflict resolution, collaborate on strategic organizational changes, and ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in creative, startup, or agency environments
• Proficiency in employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Expertise in creating and managing HR policies, compliance, and labor law adherence
• Strong skills in performance management, employee evaluation, and training programs
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and promote organizational culture and teamwork
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in HR leadership roles; preferably in creative or design-driven organizations is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
