About the role
To design and deliver an exceptional early life journey from the point of offer acceptance to
confirmation, establishing a strong sense of belonging, culture alignment, and engagement. The
role also plays a key part in building Affinity Global's employer brand and employee advocacy
through internal programs and external platforms.
Stakeholder Group & Span
This role serves as the first true touchpoint of the Affinity experience for new hires and is a vital
link between Talent Acquisition and HRBPs. It covers the pre-onboarding, onboarding, induction,
and early engagement phase while also shaping how the employer brand is perceived by the
market.
Core Responsibilities
Pre-Joining & Offer-to-Join Experience
• Manage soft handovers from Talent Acquisition once offers are accepted
• Design structured pre-joining communication journeys (emails, calls, nudges)
• Build a dashboard to track drop-off risks and early signals of disengagement
• Manage buddy assignments, welcome kits, and readiness protocols
Onboarding & Induction
• Own the India onboarding process end-to-end including scheduling, delivery, and
feedback
• Partner with HR Ops and Admin to ensure smooth joining, documentation, ID cards etc
• Own the Day 0 experience, design, present, and refine the induction deck
• Lead post-induction survey rollout, extract insights, and lead improvements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure system, seat allocation, IT, and cultural readiness
Engagement During First 90 Days
• Anchor engagement surveys at 30, 60, and 90 days, analytics, action planning, and
presentation to leadership
• Collaborate with HRBPs to identify and action any friction points during the early lifecycle
• Ensure smooth handoff to respective HRBP post-confirmation
Culture & Experience Programs
• Plan, publish, and execute quarterly engagement calendar for all India teams
• Drive R&R programs, birthday celebrations and other events within defined budgets
• Co-own Annual Offsite planning and execution (in partnership with HR Ops & Finance)
• Lead idea generation and partner with cross-teams for engagement initiatives
• Own the feedback mechanism, loop and publish impact in quarterly/half yearly reports
Employer Brand & External Perception
• Affinity's Voice: Manage & respond to reviews on Glassdoor and Ambition Box.
• Drive proactive reputation-building by encouraging reviews from satisfied employees at
key milestones (90 days, employee engagement, anniversaries etc.)
• Coordinate with Marketing to support Employer Branding initiatives & storylines
• Contribute content and data points for posts about culture, DEI, events & team highlights
WeWork Relationship Management
• Serve as HR's liaison for non-commercial engagement with WeWork
• Manage seat planning, allocations, and feedback for joiners in coordination with HRBPs

• Completion Rate of 30/60/90 Day Surveys & Feedback Loops
• Monthly Engagement Event Delivery vs Plan

• Annual Offsite Feedback & Execution Rating
Key Requirements
• Currently managing HC of 500+ in a HR Manager/ Employee Exp Manager capacity
• 8+ Years in Employee Experience & Employee Engagement Roles
• Experience in Managing C-suite Stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast paced large HR team (20+ Team members)
• Ability to plan & organise Employee Events and Engagement Activities
• Experience within large Tech, Ad-tech, Fintech or SaaS tech is essential
