Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment processes, employee relations, and onboarding activities. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, implementing HR policies, and contributing to workforce planning to foster an engaging workplace culture. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment with organizational goals.

• Strong understanding of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding processes
• Proficiency in HR Policies, Employment Laws, and Compliance
• Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
• Experience in Training Coordination and Development
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in HR Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR-related role is a plus
