Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles
  • Work on positions across Construction, Manufacturing, and Engineering domains
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify top talent
  • Screen candidates for technical and functional fit
  • Coordinate interviews and manage pipelines efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
  • Maintain accuracy in ATS and reporting systems

Required Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in US Recruitment
  • Prior experience in Non-IT hiring is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Light Industrial roles is a major advantage
  • Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working on roles such as Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Plant Managers, Technicians, Skilled Trades, etc.
  • Exposure to working with direct hiring teams or clients
  • Ability to perform in a target-driven environment
