Position Title: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager (Mines Operation) / PF Mines Operation (Drilling & Blasting)

Location: Sarlanagar Cement Works, Sedam

Professional Qualifications: Diploma/Digree in Mining

Essential: Second class mines manager certificate of competency

Job Purpose:

To plan, execute, and monitor safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling and blasting operations to ensure consistent limestone production. To maintain statutory compliance, optimize resources and equipment utilization, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

KRA 1: To ensure Safety precautions during drilling and blasting operations, Updating all the statutory records

and sending all the returns in time. To ensure no legal notices / violations

KRA 2: To ensure all mining operation as per approved mining plan.100% statutory compliance in mines without

any major violation from any authority. Licence for new diesel bowser and Renewal of Licence of BMD & Explosive

van from PESO.

KRA 3: Proper drilling parameters to be implemented for good blasting. Ensure sufficient blast inventory by daily

blasting in Limestone & Overburden for production & development. As per plant requirement to ensure blasted

inventory of High grade, Low Grade and shale

KRA 4: Sustain zero fatality & Zero LTIFR. Conduct Daily Walk through Inspection Round & compliance of finding

with in time frame. Compliance of Mines Safety, Road Safety and other all applicable standards and ensure more

than 90% score in SPSA and TPSA. 5. Safety observation. Ensure the safety training to all employees including

contractual workmen.100 % implementation of MOC (Management of Change) procedure in Mines.Green circle

KRA 5: Maintain Drilling & Blasting cost as per Budget.
