Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function for our IT Managed Services organization. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring robust HR operations, statutory compliance, performance management systems, POSH implementation, and digital HR platform governance.
The role demands a hands-on HR leader with strong corporate HR exposure, deep process orientation, and the ability to build scalable HR frameworks aligned with business growth. The HR Manager will also support the recruitment function through pre-HR screening and process governance, while taking ownership of all people management initiatives.
