This person will lead the overall people agenda for the client, partnering closely with leadership to build scalable HR systems, strengthen organizational culture, drive talent acquisition, and ensure compliance across corporate and manufacturing operations. This role requires a strategic HR leader who can operate in a high-growth FMCG environment and build strong people processes across functions.

• Define and execute the people strategy aligned with business and brand growth plans.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO/MD and leadership team on organization design, workforce planning, and culture.

• Build HR as a strong business partner across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

• Own end-to-end hiring strategy across corporate, commercial, and plant teams.

• Drive recruitment for leadership and critical roles across functions.

• Build scalable talent pipelines to support aggressive growth.

• Establish robust performance frameworks including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.

• Build leadership development and succession planning programs.

• Enable a high-performance culture through structured feedback and accountability.

• Strengthen organizational culture and values across locations.

• Design engagement initiatives to improve retention and employee experience.

• Lead change management during scale-up, restructuring, or rapid hiring phases.

• Design competitive compensation structures, incentives, and benefits programs.

• Lead compensation benchmarking and annual appraisal cycles.

• Implement strong HR governance, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR audits.

• Oversee payroll, HR operations, and workforce administration.

• Build SOPs and systems for seamless HR execution across manufacturing and corporate offices.

• Drive HR digitization through HRMS and ATS platforms.

• Develop people analytics dashboards for leadership decision-making.

• Standardize HR processes to support scale and operational efficiency.

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG / Food / Consumer Brands preferred

• Experience managing HR across multi-location setups.

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement

• Strong knowledge of labour compliance and plant HR operations

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
