Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Manager with 8 of experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique requirements of healthcare staffing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions including nurses, medical technicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.

· Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

· Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are compelling and targeted to attract the right talent.

· Networking: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

· Collaboration: Work closely with team managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates in a timely manner.

Healthcare team management- Planning, employee issue resolution and motivation strategy.

· Employee Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete.

· Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

· Employee Relations: Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.

· Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and labor laws.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 8 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.

Skills:

Strong understanding of healthcare roles and industry requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
