Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive who can efficiently manage hiring, employee coordination, operational administration, and internal processes within a fast-paced influencer marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes (minimum 5 hires/month)
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, salary coordination, and workplace culture activities
- Overlook company expenses and administrative operations
- Coordinate influencer-related deliveries, dispatches, and campaign logistics for clients
- Verify and manage creator payments and approvals
- Handle documentation, print requirements, agreements, and basic legal/admin formalities
- Conduct interviews, market research, and talent sourcing
- Maintain onboarding processes, employee records, and internal coordination
- Support day-to-day HR, finance, and operational responsibilities as required
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin/Operations
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, media, advertising, or creative industries preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic understanding of payroll, administration, and operational processes
- Smart decision-making and problem-solving abilities
