We're Hiring: HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactiveHR Managerto lead and manage core human resource functions. This role requires a strong balance ofstrategic thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership across recruitment, payroll, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership and department heads
  • Align HR initiatives with business goals and organizational growth
  • Support workforce planning and team structuring

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, closures)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs
  • Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Employee Management & Retention

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support performance management processes
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

HR Processes & SOPs

  • Develop, implement, and streamline HR policies and SOPs
  • Improve HR processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and best practices
Requirements

  • 47 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong experience inrecruitment, payroll, and employee management
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and problem-solving ability
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
  • Proficiency in HR tools/software (ATS, payroll systems, etc.)
