Job Description: HR Manager at Estontec Group (Bengaluru)

Estontec Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a military background to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This exclusive opportunity is specifically designed for Ex-Defence Personnel who have served in the Indian Armed Forces and are looking to leverage their leadership skills, discipline, and integrity in a corporate setting. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of HR experience along with the valuable perspective gained from military service.

Position Details

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: Minimum 8 years in Human Resources

Education: Graduation mandatory

Eligibility: Exclusively for Ex-Defence Personnel from Indian Armed Forces

Role Summary

You will spearhead HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development aligned with Estontec's growth vision. This role requires someone who can implement military-grade discipline and leadership within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Management

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Estontec's overall business strategy and growth objectives.

  • Recruitment & Talent Management

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on attracting talent with strong values and discipline that align with our company culture.

  • Employee Relations & Development

Oversee performance management, career development programs, and foster positive employee

relations across all departments.

  • Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure strict compliance with labour laws and company policies, implementing systematic approaches to policy enforcement.

  • Leadership & Culture Building

Drive organisational culture transformation by promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous

improvement using military principles of leadership.

Experience Requirements

  1. Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
  2. Must have served in Indian Defence Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force)
  3. Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  4. Previous exposure to corporate HR practices post-military servicepreferred
