About the Role
Krish-V Global Interiors is seeking a seasoned HR manager to lead and strengthen our human resource function. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive talent acquisition, ensure statutory compliance, and build scalable HR systems that align with organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and structured processes
Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and HR documentation
Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
Provide HR analytics and strategic insights to leadership
Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with managerial exposure
Strong expertise in statutory compliance and labor law governance
Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
Fluency in English (Kannada/Hindi preferred)
Must be comfortable working 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
