This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, while managing the HR team and providing support and guidance.

• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
