Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and organizational development. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance review processes, mediating workplace concerns, and fostering a collaborative work environment to align with the company's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, and HR strategy
• Expertise in HR policy development, compliance, and performance management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mediation skills to resolve workplace concerns
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools for streamlined process management
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and hybrid work environment
