Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, develop HR strategies, and maintain compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee performance reviews, organizing training and development programs, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The role also includes collaborating with leadership to align HR objectives with company goals and fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement.

• Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding

• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and office software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Previous experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing industry, is a plus
