Summary:The HR Professional will partner with leadership and employees to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance, fostering a positive culture, and driving business outcomes. This role spans talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, compliance, HR analytics, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
oManage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
oBuild talent pipelines and maintain a strong employer brand
oPartner with hiring managers on workforce planning and selection
Onboarding and Offboarding
oDesign and deliver engaging onboarding and orientation programs
oEnsure smooth transitions, documentation, IT/asset coordination, and exit processes
HR Policy Management
oDrafting policies, adherence and implementation
oSole owner driving policies across the organisation
oGenerating consensus, awareness about policies
Employee Relations
oServe as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation and conflict resolution
oConduct investigations, maintain records, and recommend corrective actions
oDrive engagement initiatives and feedback loops
Performance Management
oFacilitate goal-setting, check-ins, and annual/biannual reviews
oCoach managers on feedback, development plans, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
Compensation and Benefits
oAdminister payroll inputs, benefits enrolment
oSupport job levelling, salary benchmarking, and pay equity reviews
Learning and Development
oCoordinate training needs analysis, curricula, and compliance training
oPromote career development pathways and succession planning
Compliance and Risk
oEnsure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
oMaintain policies, handbooks, and required postings; manage audits
HR Operations and HRIS
oIdentify right HRIS System, and get the same implemented
oMaintain accurate HRIS records, reporting, and data integrity
oOptimize HR processes and support self-service and automation
Culture, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and Engagement
oChampion inclusive practices
oOrganize recognition programs and engagement surveys
HR Analytics and Reporting
oTrack and report HR metrics; generate insights for decision-making
Qualifications
Core Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management

Data literacy; ability to translate insights into actions
Process design and continuous improvement mindset
Proficiency with HRIS, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
Tools and Technologies
HRIS: Workday, Oracle, UKG, BambooHR, HiBob (or similar)
Collaboration: Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
Analytics: Excel/Sheets, basic BI tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate
Onboarding satisfaction and new-hire retention (90-day/1-year)
Employee engagement scores and participation rates
Training completion rates; internal mobility rate
HR data accuracy and SLA adherence for HR operations
