Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead human resources at Aakruthi Properties. You will manage talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations across the company, helping us build a high-performance and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment across sales, marketing, operations, legal, and project teams
- Manage on-boarding, induction, and HR operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, gratuity, etc.)
- Lead performance appraisals, KPIs, and training programs
- Foster employee engagement, team-building, and a positive work culture
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and insights for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred)
- 610 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or construction
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labor laws
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting
- Bengaluru real estate experience is a must
