Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR activities such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and implementation. Daily tasks also include managing payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, administering employee training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Policy Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws
  • Proficiency in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
