Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring for store, warehouse, and HO staff
- Build local talent pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and compliance (PF, ESI)
- Handle payroll inputs, exits, and grievance redressal
3. Training & Development
- Conduct inductions, on-the-job training, and monthly skill-building sessions
- Create SOPs and monitor training effectiveness
4. Performance Management
- Implement KPIs, track appraisals, and drive monthly reviews
- Identify high performers and manage underperformance
Requirements:
- 47 years of HR experience, preferably in retail
- Strong communication (English, Hindi, Telugu)
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR software
