Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the entire HR function, ensuring effective people management, compliance, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end hiring process, source top talent, and ensure timely onboarding.

2. Performance Management Implement appraisal systems, track performance metrics, and guide team development.

3. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, review, and ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor regulations.

4. HR Analytics & Data Interpretation Analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making and workforce planning.

5. Learning & Development (L&D) Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

6. Employee Relations Maintain a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and boost employee engagement.

Skills Required
