The Lead – P&M – Site is responsible for end-to-end management of all plant and machinery deployed at a construction site. This includes planning, operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, safety compliance, operator supervision, and coordination with execution teams to ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and cost-efficiency to support smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Lead the P&M function at the site by overseeing equipment deployment, operations, and maintenance in alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare and implement site-specific preventive maintenance schedules for all critical and support equipment.
- Supervise breakdown response, root cause analysis, and timely repairs in coordination with technicians, OEMs, and vendors.
- Monitor equipment utilization, fuel consumption, idle time, operating costs, and drive actions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure all equipment and operators comply with safety protocols, statutory requirements, and internal SOPs.
