Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Pune, Baner (WFO)

Required: Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience (preferably in an HRBP or generalist role)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Professional to manage and strengthen our human resources function. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership, manage the complete employee lifecycle, and drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on recruitment expertise, and the ability to identify and resolve people-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecyclefrom manpower planning and job description creation to sourcing, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Design, implement, and manage employee performance review and appraisal cycles.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecyclefrom onboarding and confirmation to role transitions and exit management.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Partner closely with leadership and department heads to understand business objectives and identify people-related bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle sensitive situations, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or growing organizations is a plus.
