Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vishakhapatnam for an experienced Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee staffing and recruitment processes, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and develop effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves planning and implementing training programs, monitoring performance management systems, and fostering a positive company culture while maintaining communication with various teams to address workforce needs and enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practices
  • Experience with Labor Law Compliance and Human Resources Policy Design
  • Leadership, Team Development, and Performance Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal skills
  • HRIS proficiency and experience utilizing data for strategic decision-making
  • Proven ability to design and deliver Employee Training and Development Programs
  • Additional certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent credentials are a plus
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
