JD FOR HRMANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Maintainmanpowerplanning and workforce requirements
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement
- Handle disciplinary procedures in line with company policy
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master'sdegree in HR management
- Should have 3 to 5 years in HR or recruitment process
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Adeptatproblem-solving and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
