Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Human Resources Intern :

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles.
  • Source candidates from job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Screen applications and create a pipeline of potential talent to meet ongoing hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Assist in sharing offer letters and supporting basic negotiation discussions where applicable.
  • Help with pre-employment documentation and conducting reference checks.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinate joining formalities & documentation.
  • Facilitate timely introductions of new hires to their teams.
  • Strive to create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support the HR team in other day-to-day operations and employee engagement initiatives, as assigned.
