Internship Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as TA Interns. This is a hands-on role designed to provide you with comprehensive experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will be directly involved in sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates, making a tangible impact on our clients success.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to initial screening.
- Candidate Interviews:Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Cold Calling:Proactively reach out to potential candidates generated through various channels.
- Job Drives:Participate in the organization and execution of virtual and on-ground job drives.
- Job Portal Management:Handle multiple job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) to post new jobs and manage active listings.

Ideal Candidate:
- A recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to new people.
- Able to work effectively in a remote setting.
Important Requirement:
- This is a remote position; however, a mandatory4-hour dedicated internship schedule per dayis required for team coordination and meetings. Specific timings will be mutually agreed upon.
