Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and day-to-day HR processes while enabling the intern to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.
  • Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives and job postings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations

  • Assist with employee onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in preparing HR letters and documentation (offer letters, internship letters, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Support HR reporting and data management tasks.
  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience in the HR domain will be considered an added advantage.

Key Skills:

  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
