This is a remote internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at WebSeeder Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The intern will support HR functions, including recruitment processes, conducting interviews, maintaining employee records, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include participating in HR projects, coordinating training sessions, and managing administrative tasks. • Knowledge of Human Resources practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and interacting with team members
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing employee records and administrative tasks
• Familiarity with HR tools, software, and methods is advantageous

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
