This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern based on-site at Fluke Infotech LLP's headquarters in Indore. As an HR Intern, responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment process, managing employee onboarding and documentation, maintaining HR records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves working closely with the HR team to enhance processes and ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Proficiency in HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for handling employee records and documentation
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and labor laws is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest or prior coursework in HR tools, such as HRMS software, is an advantage
